Let's waste time
What we love will ruin us. We love our cellphones and we love the internet. We love the power it gives us. With them, we have the ability to learn Calculus from YouTube, get all the answers to our homework from Yahoo Answers, and talk to a loved one in Madagascar through FaceTime. Cellphones were created to make our lives easier. I have an app called Moments that tracks the amount of time you spend on your phone. Over one of the days from spring break, it said I used my phone for 783 minutes. That is 13.05 hours. 13 hours of my life that I will never get back. Was it really worth it? Probably not. I most likely racked up so many hours because I binge watched Gossip Girl on Netflix and aimlessly scrolled through Twitter 7623 times.
